It’s also close to a local wet market, which was super handy for picking up fresh ingredients. The location is great if you have a car, and it’s near the airport too. Communication with the host was smooth and quick — they responded promptly and were very helpful. While we only ended up staying one night at the T House, we can confidently say that the location is perfect for anyone looking to surf in San Juan! The place was quite tranquil and offered plenty of other activities, such as boardgames and reading material to indulge in while staying in the premises. Its close proximity to the beach and multiple showers made it quite convenient to catch waves and take a swim, even if the location itself is not situated at the beachfront. Overall, an incredibly solid getaway!

This visit was the third time at South of Market residences. Baguio Casa stands out as the best of them in terms of comfort and layout. The bed and sofa were most comfortable; appliances worked flawlessly. Plenty of spare towels provided, and ample soap/shampoo/conditioner if needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Great value for the money!

Had a great stay! The place is super affordable, but the ocean view especially during sunset is absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Not fancy, but perfect if you’re after a chill, budget-friendly beach escape.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Francia and Maria did a great job hosting and accommodating my one-week stay. The room was clean, smell's good, complete cooking tools, with drinking water, free coffee and snacks, bathroom toiletries (except toothbrush), wifi and TV ready, pretty much all you need in the house, location was safe, and it was very convenient to nearby establishments with easy access to Grab. My overall stay was excellent and comfortable—I was actually hesitant to leave the unit. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Great job, you two! Thank you

Of course Mrs Rita's place is so perfect for every aspect you are looking for. This place is of the condo's I would like to recommend for everyone to book if you are looking for a perfect place to stay in the city limits of cebu city,thank you Mrs Rita for being our host.

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!
