Monthly Rentals in Philadelphia Navy Yard

The apartment is chic, spotless, and feels like a boutique hotel. The building is very secure with 24/7 front desk and keyless coded entry. The gym looks brand new, and there’s a spacious, elegant co-working area, strong Wi-Fi, and great AC. The kitchen is well-equipped with two brand-new toasters (big deal for coeliacs!), a NutriBullet, blackout curtains ❤️, a large washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like tree-free toilet paper and scented bin liners. This is the first time I’ve felt the Superhost title was truly earned. Tatenda was amazing, lightning-fast responses, kind, accommodating, and felt like a friend by the time I left. I extended my stay twice because I couldn’t bear to leave 🥹 We had a minor cleaning issue early on, but it was resolved promptly. Hot water takes a moment, and shower water pools a little, use the foot towel. I also think the rental agreement should be shared upfront, but none of this affected our stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences. I’d 100% rebook

Absolutely great host! Very responsive, friendly, flexible and overall made sure I was comfortable! I’ve booked two different places with him and he was great for both places! 10/10 recommend! Great service! Beautiful places!

What a wonderful spot! Shannon was so helpful and communicated so clearly, was flexible when I needed to make an extension to my stay, and gave me great advice for how to get where I needed to go! For just coming four nights by myself it was exactly what I needed at the right price, Shannon unfortunately was away during my stay so I didn’t get to meet her (or Pretzel) but that meant I had my area and the shared kitchen to myself. Thank you so much to Shannon for such a wonderful stay, if I’m ever coming back to Philly I know just where to look for an Airbnb! -Rex

Easy check in process and April followed up to ask if everything was in order and if I needed anything. The room was quiet and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The basement washer and dryer was very convenient, and when there was a problem with the washer April sent someone the next day to fix it. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants and bars. Parking can be a problem if you drive depending on what time you arrive, but that's certainly not the hosts fault.
