Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. The apartment is located in the beautiful and green village of Trahilas which is 40 klm west of Chania, the prefecture’s capital and 4 klm west of Kisamos, the province's capital. It is located in a small residential complex with a wonderful garden, just a few steps from the sea (250m from the sandy beach “Pahia Ammos''). It has1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 room with a sofa bed for 2 extra people, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Falasarna 4 sea view apartment

Apartment 50sqm, comfortable, modern, airy, bright, airy with large balconies to enjoy the panoramic view of Falasarna. It has screens and shutters for protection against insects. Quiet environment and nearby destinations from exotic beaches. A car is necessary in this area and because the beach of Falassarna is 2 km. Due to the crown, before each new arrival, we make sure to disinfect the surfaces that visitors often touch.

Οur house is located in a small traditional village name Drapanias just 10 minutes away from sea! In the winter the house is welcoming with hot radiators and hot water . Our home can accommodate up to 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa converting into bed, It also has fully equiped kitchen and a large veranda with furniture and with the possibility of barbequue.
