Absolutely beautiful Villa, super modern and brand new. 5-10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and beach. Giorgos the host was extremely helpful, and quick to respond. Villa was cleaned twice whilst we were there which we didn’t expect. Will definitely return! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Crete and it was comfortably the best hospitality we've ever received from a host. Manolis was super responsive to messages (usually within 15 minutes) and George looked after us amazingly well (without being intrusive) and was always so happy. The villa was exactly as described and there were a couple of days where we cancelled our plans to explore in favour of sitting by the pool and looking out over the mountains, watching the vultures and other birds. So nice. The butcher recommended by Manolis made for some delicious barbecues and was very reasonably priced. Really beautiful and relaxing location with the best hosts. Would definitely come back in future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. The photos don't really do this properly justice. The setting is truly amazing, it's a comfortable space. We had an amazing time. Fit and finish on a few things could be dealt with but very minor things that didn't cause any trouble with our stay. The cleaners came to empty bins and change sheets regularly. You will definitely need a car to get to and from the property.

we stayed for one night in this beautiful villa and couldn’t have asked for better! It was private and peaceful, and check in was super easy! Our lovely hosts were so flexible with check-in and left us some treats for the stay, and then left us to be at home. It was so nice and clean and was so comfortable, we felt Right at home. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely stunning! It was more beautiful in person! It is close to town and beaches! Host Elektra was awesome! She met us once we arrived and showed us around! She also sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit! She was around in the mornings to check on us to make sure we didn’t need extras towels! We had a very peaceful experience and the house has lots of charm which we loved!!!

Both Ioanna and Spiros were great hosts. Incredibly welcoming and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful, the views from the pool amazing and it was easy to drive to the old town within 6 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins which we did once. I’d highly recommend this villa and the hosts. 😊

Absolutely top villa, modern, clean, quiet, all around top! From the villa, you have the best view, absolutely outstanding. The only note is that the entrance is very steep, with our rented Fiat Panda we could not get up, but could park directly in front of the entrance. We can recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, with fantastic views. There are great, simple restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We immediately fell in love with this villa! The quality of absolutely everything in and around the building is extraordinary. The pictures cannot truly capture how beautiful and well-designed this place is. From the tasteful interior decor to the immaculate outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide both comfort and luxury. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! Amazing home.

The place was better than I expected. In reality, everything looked bigger than in the photos. We were therefore positively surprised. The view of the sea and mountains was beautiful. The hosts made a great effort and communicated wonderfully. We could imagine coming back.

We recommend Villa Elena with our highest endorsement. Sifis is a compassionate host with resourceful info & recs, def reach out to him if you have any Qs; he’s very responsive. Thoughtful/Delicious homemade meal ready on arrival. Kitchen stocked with basic food including many oranges for fresh squeezed OJ everyday & the best olive oil on Earth. Private/Tranquil location with amazing views yet close to beaches, market & bakery. Short walk to point for breathtaking sunset. Visited during low season so pool not used & did not think in advance to pay extra to heat hot tub but indoor fireplace used daily. Inexperienced drivers may have difficulty navigating to home. Rec 4x4 rental car with navigation system but did ok in Fiat Panda with propped up phone on dashboard. Sifis & family are amazing hosts, high quality humans & new friends. Hope to return someday for at least 2 weeks to see more of Crete. Would def stay here again if available. Thank you!

Theodore is a communicative and friendly host. The house is remote so he has his house manager come to meet us at the local pharmacy and drive us up to the property. We spent a relaxing five nights here and had all the kitchenware, laundry essentials and beach gear that we needed. There are three villas on the property and the other guests were respectful of noise and the shared driveway. We highly recommend the location and will hope to come back in the future.

Villa Levante was a perfect peaceful escape with an incredible view. The villa was clean, modern, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. Vasilis was also incredibly welcoming and responsive, greeting us at check-in despite travel delays and addressing any questions in a timely manner. We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.
