The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Beach, mini golf, boat and bicycle rental and children's playground are directly on the lake, as well as a nice hiking trail (6.6 km) around the lake. Neuschwanstein Castle is 8 km away, Füssen is 4 km away and Forggensee with boat trips is 2 km away.
