This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Swiss Mountain Chalet-Apartment(1 bedroom+sofabed)

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The outdoor area is equipped with a cozy seating area and outdoor oven. In the middle of a spacious meadow landscape surrounded by forest with views of the mountains. Unwind and relax.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).
