Our cottage, easy to access, is on the ground floor of a winemaker's house with courtyard and private parking. It enjoys a peaceful location on a very quiet street. It overlooks a full-floor courtyard as a terrace and has a summer kitchen with a bread oven.

The charming village house is only a few seconds walk from the Canal du Midi, in a bustling village that has markets, restaurants and easy access to several beaches. Further afield are many villages and national parks to explore, and Carcassone is less than one hour by road. We are a French-Spanish gay couple and rent a studio/bedroom adjoining our house including bedroom with bathroom, a small corner with fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave and a small table (no kitchen). With an independent outdoor entrance. An exterior in a small patio with a table and at your disposal. Ideal for spending a few days in downtown Sète!!!
