This bright, air-conditioned house is located at the back of our 4,000 m2 landscaped plot. It is very well equipped with quality equipment to guarantee you a great stay. Provence as you imagine it. Private garden with no neighbours overlooking, a pétanque court, a barbecue and exclusive use of the swimming pool. Walking distance to the center of our charming Provencal village. Ideal base to discover Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis and the calanques or hike in Sainte-Victoire.

Very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. Pleasant air-conditioned studio completely refurbished, adjoining a Provencal villa with swimming pool and tennis court. You will be staying in the countryside, at the foot of Sainte-Victoire mountain, in an idyllic environment! Possibility to receive a massage/treatment directly in the studio (upon prior request)! We are located 20 minutes from Aix-En-Provence and 30 minutes from Marseille. Lots of hiking nearby, and of course the charm of Provence!

The house is independent from the Mas, without any vis-à-vis. Large parking New and functional layout. Tranquility and serenity guaranteed:) ! Access road not suitable for motorhomes!

Located in a Provencal village near Montagne Sainte Victoire, Garlaban, Sainte Baume and the Calanques de Cassis National Park, ideal for hiking. Aix-en-Provence (cultural city) is 20 minutes away, the seaside (Cassis, La Ciotat and Marseille) is 30 minutes by car. You will appreciate this quiet, sunny, one-story studio with views of the garden and swimming pool (10x5 salt water) and also for its geographical location. Parking inside our house.
