Central access to the highways 4 minutes to discount stores, a liquor store, a bakery, a petrol station and an electric car charging station). 15 minutes from Bamberg, a ‘World Heritage Site’, with its Old Town and much more Approximately 40 minutes to Nuremberg City or Franconian Switzerland in each case. Very nice network of bike trails. Bicycles, e-bikes and motorbikes can be stored under cover!

Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was built in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.
