Russet Suite, located on the ground floor of The Apple Barn, features an open-plan design that combines a kitchen, dining and lounge area. It includes a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required. The en-suite bathroom is a fully accessible wetroom with LED lit mirror. A fully stocked kitchen including an oven, induction hob, microwave, and a compact fridge. Underfloor heating throughout the suite. Triple-glazed windows in the bedroom for enhanced tranquillity.

Through the hallway there is a snug sitting room with comfy seating and a log burning stove. An comfortable extra double bed is hidden within one of the main sofas. The cottage benefits from a separate downstairs W.C. and an antique writing desk. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.
