Absolutely stunning spot. Right across the road from the most amazing lake and beautiful forest walk. Carolyn and her husband are so lovely and welcoming. I took my little dog with me and we were completely comfortable in the cottage with everything that we needed. Would highly recommend!

To start off Anita went above and beyond for our stay at the shamrock cottage. Clean, warm and such a cosy home right infront of the waters edge. We will certainly be staying here again as we all needed a break from our hectic lives. Just want to say thank you from the hunter family

Regular visitor to Pettigo. Absolutely love the village. First time staying in the Railway Cottage but it won’t be the last. Great place to stay. Out of the way. All essentials supplied + extras. Short walk to the Riverbank diner in the Termon Complex, local shop and a few pubs
