The house is excellent and I must point out that perhaps the cleanest I've ever used on Airbnb. The place is very private, excellent for those who, like me, want peace and contact with nature. Host is very kind and always concerned about providing the best experience for guests. I loved it, I'll definitely be back.

The house is beautiful. Very well built, with integrated indoor and outdoor spaces. The view is beautiful, breathtaking (but get ready to climb a hill by car). infinity pool, sauna, a large Jacuzzi that fits the whole family... Adriana, the employee, was also great. The stay was wonderful. The only issue is that the shower water is difficult to regulate and keeps heating up and cooling down, but nothing that significantly affects the experience. We plan to come back!

We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable, all new and functioning perfectly. The outside is too much, garden is super well taken care of, the river passing through the land has a natural swimming pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, I answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we have the help of the employee Vânia, who is super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend your stay, a unique experience.

Lucas is an incredible host. Besides the house being very good, he was extremely attentive and quick in the answers. The condominium has a good location, is approximately 15 minutes from Itaipava and has an excellent structure. I will definitely return to the house.

Our experience was great, the house was extremely clean and tidy, comfortable bed with several pillows and blankets (which is great since it was cold at the time we went), very well-equipped kitchen, nice balcony with hammock, we felt at home. The host was super kind and friendly and it was super easy to find the house and pick up the keys. The shower is a little weak, but the bathroom was impeccably clean. We'd definitely come back.

We had an unforgettable experience in the house. We traveled in a group of six adults and three children and the house fully served us. The apartment is great and exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is wonderful, I love it! It has a swimming pool, barbecue, playground and a beautiful lake to take pictures! The apartment has a very nice garden space! The air conditioners are new and work perfectly, everything is brand new. Viviane is always attentive and responds promptly to messages. I took my father in a wheelchair, the condominium is fully adapted and has a lift.

Great accommodation, and great hospitality. The strong point is undoubtedly the location, close to everything. Well-equipped kitchen, as a low point I leave the lack of a parking space, being supplied with the variety of parking lots in the surroundings.

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super quiet, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !
