Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace and listen to the animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

We had a great time, the apartment is very comfortable with the possibility of parking the car in front of the house and there is everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From Sovana, you can reach all the surrounding towns in a short time with the convenience of being in a quiet place and at the same time equipped with everything from restaurants to a bakery and the excellent honey we bought at the Orietta shop next to the apartment. Highly recommended!!

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

very nice apartment with two terraces, many useful things in the equipment, walking distance to bathing, but the best was the very good accessibility and very quick help with our problems (gas stove, key broken) Conclusion: We will be happy to come back.

Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Sere and Sara's house is very comfortable, equipped with everything and spacious. Very clean, in a side street to a beautiful typical Tuscan square where there is a bar a stone's throw away for every need. Great restaurants on the doorstep. We felt at home, the surroundings are very beautiful and it is close to the island of Giglio, Porto Santo Stefano, Pitigliano and Sorano. We were able to spend 3 beautiful days in the Maremma and at the sea. Sara was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information. I recommend this beautiful accommodation to everyone!

Patrizios home was very well located in heart of town. I would like to point out that his flat was very clean. We used his flat to visit the nearby beautyfull villages.

We spent magical days at Ulla's. The beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the fantastic pool and the beautiful surroundings... all this has done us so much good. The view from the terrace is sensational. You can go on beautiful excursions if you want, hike, experience culture, visit cities or restaurants. Ulla had provided us with documents with many tips. Time flew by. If you really want to relax, you are in good hands here. We will be happy to come back.

Such a magicial place and a great host! Alex makes sure your feel at home right away. The personal welcoming, the great recommendations that made our stay so nice for a few days, the beautiful pool with absolutely gorgeous view!! Everything is so clean (also the pool and perfect temperature). You’ll see that Alex makes sure nothing gets left out. From The garden to the rooms and his wine vineyard. Best place we stayed in Tuscany. Also Montepulciano is gorgeous. Many restaurants and routes are magical.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We only stayed one night , a very tidy and clean complex immersed in nature, a true oasis of relaxation . The only thing I would recommend to make a bottle of water even more impeccable if guests arrive like us in the late afternoon is always convenient.

We had a great stay at Elias's place. The apartment is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The location is great, easy parking, close to the grocery store, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Montepulciano. Elias is very friendly, communicative and had great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. in town. We would be more than happy to visit again!
