This old stone house, renovated using natural materials (lime, hemp), is a place designed for slowing down and enjoying the silence and the shaded garden. Here, there is no TV: we take the time to read, cook, rest, or simply do nothing. Just a few minutes from the Mervent Forest, you can also explore the rivers by kayak, visit the Marais Poitevin, or reach the ocean and La Rochelle in less than an hour.

Charming little house next to ours in a peaceful location. 2 minutes from the zoo and 5 minutes from the Parc des Pierres Brunes. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds. Living/dining room with access to a spacious terrace. Parking for several vehicles. You can charge your vehicle at an electric charging station for an additional fee. All basic equipment is provided. Let us know in advance if you need baby equipment.

Located in Bourneau (south Vendée) near the forest of Mervent / Vouvant, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The wooden cabin sleeps up to 4 people; there are 2 double beds one of which is a bunk bed. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. Two other cabins also available.

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
