You will stay for your leisure (or professionally) in a wing of the building, in an exceptional setting. We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.

The shops and the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes away by car, the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière are a few minutes away on foot, and Nantes is 25 minutes away by tram. Parking and a bicycle shelter are available.
