It has one bedroom, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a kitchen-living room with adjoining bay window, sofa bed for 2 people and balcony. In the neighboring village, supermarket and bakery. If you want, you can rent a bike from us.

Grandma's living room has a wonderful view over Fulda from the balcony. The 2-room apartment is cozy and has a separate entrance. The bed is 180 x 200 cm, the mattress has a hardness of 4. In the living room there is a sofa bed with the dimensions 1.80 m x 1.10 m. If necessary, I will gladly provide a fitted sheet for it. the apartment has a walk-in shower in the 10 sqm bathroom. The kitchen has a large fridge with 3 freezer compartments, electric stove with ceramic hob and dishwasher.

The well-kept granny flat is situated in a quiet location below the Rauschenberg in a residential area. Shopping facilities and a pizzeria as well as a bakery are within walking distance. The city center and the train station are also only about 30 minutes away by foot. Cathedral Square concerts, musicals in the city castle or the events at the Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot. With us you have it quiet but still close to the city.

Claudia's lovingly fully furnished, about 40 sqm apartment, is located on the side of our house facing the garden in the center of Künzell, just a few minutes from the highway exit (A7) Fulda Mitte. In the garden there is the possibility to linger between apple trees and flowers. Within walking distance are shop, bakery, gastronomy beautiful park area. By car, bike or bus you are in a few minutes in the center of the beautiful city of Fulda.

You are accommodated in an attic apartment, which is accessible via the main entrance. The apartment was largely renovated in 2023. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, kettle, microwave, etc. The living and dining rooms are one room. There is a double bed (200 x 200 cm) in one bedroom and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the other bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one of which contains a shower. Wi-Fi is also included.
