Amelia was an exceptionally warm, kind, and thoughtful host. She took care of every detail and made sure we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. We truly felt at home, and will genuinely miss her and hope to see her again in the future. The suite was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for daily living. The location was also ideal, with easy access to everything. Her welcoming attitude made our experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained, and lovingly hosted place to stay!

For sure, if I have to go back in Peterborough, I would rent again this lovely apartment. It has all the basics and I appreciate the quiet neighbourhood. Self entry was easy with the detailed instructions of the host. The only comment I would give to other guests is that the mattress is quite soft and a little uneven. Nevertheless, I had two very good night sleeps thanks to the quiet spot and also very good quality of bedding.

This apartment is definitely top-of-the-line of Airbnb listings. It is a very spacious apartment, with large rooms, a huge, well-stocked kitchen, a squeaky clean bathroom (great water pressure in the shower), and very comfortable beds. A big plus were the very couches. Our experience has been that these can tend to be more stylish than comfortable. Not here though. On a day where the weather has us staying inside it is critical to be able to stretch out, read, watch TV, or grab a nap. So, yes good seating is important. This place gets 10/10 for comfy couches. One entire wall has large windows and doors opening to a large deck and a spacious well-treed property. The host provided excellent instructions and was able to respond to our queries in minutes. And providing a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was also a great way to welcome guests.
