The living room is air-conditioned and heated by a pellet stove. The gîte offers a charging socket for electric vehicles.

Very quiet Charentais house in the countryside, but very close to a large shopping area (3 km) with all shops, as well as restaurants, cinema, nightclub. you have 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets including one upstairs, the house has just been renovated, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Two-story house is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. (staircase without ramp) Terrace and private courtyard not overlooked.
