Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pescocostanzo

soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

La Vista dei Sogni Muranuove home was perfect for our short stay in Celano. In many ways we wish we should have stayed for longer! The host provided easy instructions to locate the property including pictures of the front door which was helpful since there were several houses in the same area which looked similar. Everything was clean and as described in the listing, with balconies providing beautiful views of the area of Celano below us. The home was within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops located in Celano's historical center (it's located literally just below the Piazza). There are also several larger supermarkets located within 10-15 minutes. For breakfast pastries and coffee you can walk down the hill about 5 minutes to Pasticceria Aroma. Highly recommend also Locanda Madonna Della Vigne for dinner or lunch. One thing I will mention is that parking can be a bit tricky if you have a bigger car, but we were always able to find parking.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Laura é stata un ottimo host, molto disponibile e presente nell'accoglierci ed accompagnarci in casa, nell' indicarci l'area per parcheggiare e nei saluti finali. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro piú due cani, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa accogliente, riscaldata e dotata di ogni comfort, strutturata su due livelli con due bagni, spaziosa al punto giusto. Sarà un punto di riferimento e un motivo in piú per ritornare a Castel di Sangro!

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Altamente consigliato

La casa è in un posto molto tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve, ho trovato il materasso molto comodo. Ottimo il bagno. La strada dietro la casa porta alla piana del voltiglio, in 15 minuti si arriva molto comodo. Strade ottime asfaltate e grandi, che non è scontato in montagna. Nadia molto presente nel consigliarci zone da visitare, feste e quant’altro. Ci siamo riposati alla grande. Non posso fare altro che consigliare l’alloggio. Nessun problema anche con il nostro cagnone. All’esterno c’è una piccola griglia che fa il suo dovere. Da dove abito io la strada è tanta, ma se vorrò tornarci di sicuro alloggerò qui. Grazie di tutto

Ottimo Host, sempre disponibile a qualunque esigenza, ci ha deliziato con una descrizione delle zone circostanti, ci ha accolto con dei dolci tipici del posto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Nella casa è possibile accendere il camino grazie alla legna fornita, posto ben pulito e con tutte le comodità. Consigliatissimo.

appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere. host disponibile. la cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare a casa qualsiasi cosa, senza dover mangiare fuori nei locali. bagni puliti e grandi. casa ottima pure in inverno: siamo stati caldi e c'erano diverse coperte a disposizione sia per i letti sia per guardare la TV sul divano. lo consigliamo a tutti!

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

L'appuntamento è molto particolare situato su tre livelli nel centro del paese. La casa era molto pulita e arredata con cura. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Se quiser vivenciar uma experiência na natureza e na cultura italiana este lugar é perfeito. O anfitrião e sua mãe são incríveis, foram muito gentis e atenciosos, nos sentimos na casa dos nossos avós. A dona Ilda mãe do anfitrião, está sempre pronta a ajudar, nos fez muitas comidas gostosas, sempre muito alegre e bem disposta, uma ótima companhia para você conversar e conhecer mais sobre os italianos. A casa é bem arrumada e o local é muito calmo, não poderíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Com certeza voltaremos, não tem coisa melhor do que viajar e se sentir em casa 🏡.

Emanuele's place is the absolute best, I mean, magical on its own but also wonderful because of the host himself. He met us late at night to check in and when we hadnt eaten, tried to get us to take the food he had at home. He was the absolute most accomodating and friendly host I've met on AirBNB even after 15? years on it. The second night he and his partner welcomed us to dinner at their little restaurant downstairs and IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE. They hosted only us and gave us such an incredible meal, and such incredible wine and company, I truly cant recommend it enough. The AirBnB is absolutely stunning on its own....but also...the host really makes the experience.

Antonio è un host fantastico, estremamente disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La casa è grande, comoda ed estremamente funzionale. Siamo stati benissimo, consigliatissimo!!

Massimo è un host perfetto, gentile accogliente e disponibile. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla. Comodissimo per chi come noi vuol fare la costa de trabocchi. Accoglienza top con aperitivo (vino in ghiaccio) e salatini vari. Colazione con dolcetti artigianali tipici.

Annarita è una persona accogliente e subito familiare, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ci ha dato consigli e dritte sul posto dove cercare e trovare il meglio, ci ha descritto il territorio e le iniziative durante l'arco dell'anno. ci ha colpito l'accoglienza del borgo e della gente che lo abita , tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana in famiglia con amici e due bambine. La casa è grande e in una buona posizione. Pietro è sempre stato molto disponibile anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati. Tutto è andato bene, purtroppo non abbiamo sfruttato per niente il giardino perché c'erano troppe zanzare, davvero troppe. In casa tutto è a disposizione, ed è molto spaziosa quindi comoda. Intorno tante spiaggette carine. Lo consiglio per una vacanza in famiglia e amici.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
