Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Perth

We had an enjoyable week in Perth. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, yet surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The space was comfortable and suited our needs well. The only downside was the lack of hot water during our visit, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a pleasant experience. thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay, it was a great little hideout, close to the beach, and freo but more importantly to where we needed to be for work. You could feel the love as you walked in and self contained and private so didn’t feel the need to go out if we didn’t need to, especially with a 3 month old we all felt relaxed and extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again, and longer next time to see the beaches and take in the beautiful surroundings.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

I spent the last three nights of my stay in Southwest Australia at Magnus and Aurelia's apartment. The apartment is in a prime location yet quiet, very clean, and generously furnished. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the veranda and making plans for the day. The apartment includes free parking. Within walking distance, you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The bus station on Shepperton Road is a five-minute walk away, and the bus takes you directly to the center of Perth. Communication was easy, and Magnus gave me useful tips on what to see. I would stay there again anytime.

Great and comfortable place and well worth the money

Alan is a great host, very responsive, caring, proactive and helpful with everything including all tips about sightseeing, public transport, dining out, takeaways etc. His place has a great location; it's very private, spacious, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend! Thanks Alan for everything! We will be back!

Our two week stay in Sandy’s apartment met all our expectations. It is so comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for our time in Perth. It is private, conveniently located with parking, and has a large Coles supermarket within easy reach, five minutes by car or twenty minutes on foot. There is a bus stop just a five minute walk away, transport which brings you directly into the city and CBD. Sandy is an excellent host, friendly and always responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. Large TV with Netflix and Apple TV. The area was quiet and we felt safe. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor sofa in the sun. We could walk to Coles in about 10 minutes and the beach was only a further two minute walk. Whilst there were fans in the bedrooms it was still warm as the only split system air conditioner is in the lounge room.

We had an amazing stay at Fleur's place. The house and all the amenities are fantastic - beautifully presented and with great attention given to design and comfort. We travelled with another family and our kids had a great time riding their scooters up and down the drive way. Parking in the garage was a great help for extra space with kids! Heaps of games and the beach access just across the road made it a great start. The sunsets were amazing and each afternoon we enjoyed sitting and watching it from the beautiful outdoor space. Thanks for having us!

Julie's place was a great place for us to stay good location, close enough to the city and most surrounding suburbs etc weren't too far away. it had everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of dog bowls etc. We had a great stay!

A really comfortable and clean place! Check-in and out and communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. Location was great too! My family and I enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this! :)

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how thoughtfully the home was prepared for us. The fridge & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were more than enough necessities to keep us comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was clear that the owners had taken extra care to anticipate our needs, and we felt incredibly well taken care of.
