A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Bothy, a stunning dog friendly cabin, nestled in the Menteith Hills on an 84 acre farm, offers a magical experience where you can reconnect with nature. No neighbours and uninterrupted 360 degree dramatic views to soak up all day from your south facing deck or wood fired hot tub. Light floods in though the BiFold doors. Luxurious mezzanine bedroom. The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
