Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perrusson

We had a fabulous stay with Sandrine and Francois! The house was perfect for our family of three, and the provisions available for children and babies is really well thought out with absolutely everything you need for a stay with young ones. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The property is well situated for exploring the surrounding Loire valley. We can’t rate our stay high enough and would definitely go and stay again!

We were 5 couples and we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful stone house. It's not impersonal like in a lot of accommodation, it's a house that lives and you feel at ease right away. Recommended++, we will be happy to come back

Carole and her husband were welcoming and then very discreet about our living space. The accommodation is incapable nothing is missing... and extremely clean. It is ideal for families we were passing through for a night with 3 young children who loved it I highly recommend this address and we will not fail to return if needed Thanks both of you for your kind hospitality

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We were able to communicate very easily to prepare for our arrival! All the beds (including the cot requested) were made on our arrival which is very comfortable when you arrive late Thank you very much

Jessica is experienced, the instructions are clear, the accommodation is very clean and close to the TGV station. The accommodation is well arranged and everything you need is available.

Claude and Ginette are charming and very attentive. They care about satisfying their hosts. Their accommodation in the countryside is very pleasant and has the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay. I highly recommend and thank them for their warm welcome.

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. His accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval zoo park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organisational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good place. The apartment is right in the city centre, everything can be done on foot. 2 minutes from the banks of the Loire that can be done by bike or on foot. 3-minute walk to the historic centre and castle. Parking in front and nearby. Inside everything is as described, the terrace is a real plus with a beautiful honeysuckle that smells great. In short, a great place

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old quarter of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic centre of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Great hosts, lovely place in a great location.

Small but very functional apartment and very well arranged to save maximum space. There were 4 of us including 2 children and we slept perfectly in the apartment. We were even able to unfold our crib from the baby and move around the apartment easily. Located on the heights of Montrichard, the view from the balcony is clear enough to admire the surroundings. The location of this apartment was perfect for going to Beauval Zoo, just a 20 minute drive away! Great value, tidy and clean, I recommend this apartment!

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.
