Le logement Tout confort, il est équipé d'un lit queen size et un canapé lit, salle de douche, cuisine équipée (cafetière grain), billard, barbecue, terrasse,.. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Maison de plain pieds entièrement restaurée en 2023, tranquille et calme. La maison se situe dans une ferme équestre pouvant accueillir des chevaux. Proximité de la Forêt de Loches avec de nombreux itinéraires de randonnée équestre, pédestre et vélos. Lac de Chemillé et sa plage surveillée par un maître nageur. Piscine municipale de Genillé ouverte en été (5km). Montrésor plus beau village de France, Zoo de Beauval (à 20 mn en voiture), châteaux de Loches à 10 km, Amboise et Chenonceaux à 25mn.

A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The pool is shared with 1 other small rentals. Situated on the site of a 15th Century chateau and stud farm in 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

My little country house

La Tranquillité 10kms from loches... this small house is very well located, we are close to the castles either 10kms of loches and 45 minutes of amboise or 1 hour of chinon. All the conditions are there for a good stay , guinguettes nearby, leisure and entertainment guaranteed to loches all summer, golf 6km away, 45 min from the futuroscope or the Beauval zoo. Wednesday and Saturday Market I invite you to discover the Indre et Loire as soon as possible😊.

Longère du Sud Touraine in the heart of the Loire Valley

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. Large leisure garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.

You can also discover, nearby, the castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo, as well as the pretty villages of Montrésor and Chédigny, Loches Forest, Lake Chemillé for pleasant walks and leisure activities.
