Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peroj

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im wunderbaren Städtchen Bale sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Altstadthaus wurde geschmackvoll und hochwertig modernisiert, ist blitzsauber und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit Christine und vor Ort mit Iva war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Um es kurz zu machen: Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr angemessen und sehr groß für zwei Personen. Der Pool sowie der Garten waren zur Entspannung perfekt gestaltet. Martin war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles zusammen hat es uns sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Niedliche, kleine Wohnung fußläufig zum Amphitheater und der Innenstadt. Auf dem Balkon, über den Dächern, lässt sich der Abend entspannt genießen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Caterina ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell mit hilfreichen Tipps. Günstigen Parkplatz gibt es direkt um die nächste Ecke.

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

Leider sind wir nicht in den Genuss der Unterkunft gekommen, da unsere Flüge an mehreren Tagen annulliert wurden. Trotzdem können wir von Sanja nur Gutes sagen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht klappt es ja nächstes Jahr.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der sehr sauberen Wohnung gefühlt. Das Herzstück ist der Balkon mit Meerblick! Andrea's Mutter hat uns mit Wein empfangen und ein paar Tage später Croissants für uns gebacken. Die ruhige Lage war für uns besonders schön. Zu Fuß kann man den Strand und ein paar Restaurants gut erreichen. Mit einem Auto ist man natürlich flexibler, um Mal eben nach Fazana ( wunderschön ) oder Pula zu fahren. Es gibt so vieles zu entdecken in der näheren Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Absolute Empfehlung von uns!

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Apartment is really lovely, it has everything you need for pleasant stay and a big bonus is private terasse outside. Location is great if you enjoy walking, bycling or driving around. It’s not far from the city or shopping centre. Very close you can also find smaller markets and restaurants. Host is very friendly, kind and responsive, so there was no problem with communicating about check-in, check-out and he was also open for any kind of help. The most outstanding thing for us was pet friendly enviroment, because our dog could stay with us the whole time. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this place for a week and it was perfect! The space is big enough for two people and we had everything we needed, nothing missing. Karin was extremely kind and reactive with the responses and always made sure everything was okay or if we needed everything. I would really suggest to stay in this place!

Die herzliche Aufnahme durch „Maria“ war der erste Schritt zu einer 10 tägigen Auszeit. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt am Haus. Außerdem stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und gemütliche FW in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Der wunderschönen Hafen und die Altstadt sind in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
