Holiday rentals with a patio in Pero

I was travelling with friend to visits Milano just for one day. It was champions league night. Apartment was close to stadium and it had parking. Parking was easy to find and park, however it was quite crowded there, but we had space. You can see car from the apartment balcony as well. We met with host 1h before official arrival time. We just wanted to put inside our bags. She was responsive and met with us outside, showed us apartment and allowed to stay inside. None of us spoke italian so we mostly used translator with her. She answered our questions without problems. Apartment is in peaceful neighbourhood which is really nice. Everything inside is as advertised on photos. If you are looking for a quiet, budget friendly apartment with parking this is the one to go. We were super happy with the visit.

Amazing person. The communication was absolutely great. He is very helpful and kind and nice. He always met any request when you didn't see him in person. When my son is my brother and our big dog. By the way, it's an amazing apartment for 3 people and maybe even with a big dog. Great, thank you very much, I will definitely stop by next time we come to Milan. The loft was very homey and nicely decorated/furnished. Marco and Lydia were also very welcoming. There was lots of space. And the small garden in front of the loft, made it feel secluded from the noise of the city. There are also many possible public transportation options close by. I can recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! The place was spectacular, looks exactly as the pictures, huge kitchen to prepare meals, rooms are very big with king side beads and a lot closets for clothes. The garden is beautiful (it has a few turtles 🐢 ) A grate plus is the washer and dryer. Great location (just a few minutes from Malpensa airport) very private, and secure. Guido was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful…will definitely stay again in Guido’s place 💯% recommend

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in top condition and the neighbours were very friendly. I would be happy to be a guest at Nicola's again when I am back in Milan.

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We particularly enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard - perfect for starting the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly comfortable for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, fast and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and bed linen. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been better. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

We enjoyed every moment in Milchele’s apartment! Everything was as described, and Michele answered straight away if we were wondering about anything! We will definitely use him again for our next stay in beautiful Milan!

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.
