Holiday rentals with beach access in Perissa

We loved this Airbnb! The location was amazing and so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars around. We never felt unsafe when walking around the area at night either. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment for a few nights - super close to Kamari beach and the main street. Getting to Fira by public bus was very easy and cheap! The apartment is very quiet, with spacious bedrooms. It is above a store that sells everything from beach toys to bread which was really handy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with Kelly in Akrotiri. Kely was very kind and helpful for anything we needed, and she provided a great selection of groceries for morning meals and beach towels which we really appreciated. The flat is very clean. Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away to not be affected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a good base for exploring the island. Kely is the best host I have ever met. Thanks again Kely.

Adriana and Jannis were so friendly and responsive. The apartment is beautifully located on Kamari with a private access to the beach. They are so thoughtful they even shared homemade dishes twice with us - both were delicious! We loved our stay!

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

It was so nice to return to a quiet place after the busyness of the cities. There were no direct neighbors and quiet night. Our host was so kind and easy to work with. The pool and outside furnishings were amazing and the BBQ was clean.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The people in Akrotiri were so warm and welcoming! I would recommend staying here over Fira or Oia any time! Just gorgeous!! John was the best and always available anytime of the day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home??

We’ve stayed at more than 80 Airbnb locations around the world over the last 14 years. This has been far and away the best! Kostas was friendly, informative, and very responsive with his communication, and Nikki was polite, friendly, and cheerful to a fault. This, coupled with with the courtesy of a delayed checkout upon request, and an unexpected but very welcome towel refresh service 2 days into our stay, made for a gracious hospitality the likes of which we have not experienced anywhere else. The apartment is modern, chock full of creature comforts, and away from the craziness of the main towns of Thor’s and Oia, yet just 20-25 minutes drive away from both. Thank you for an AMAZING stay!!

Our stay at Avra was amazing and felt right at home. The place was clean, homely and had everything we needed! Katia was an amazing host - so responsive! She warmly greeted us on arrival, recommended some great spots to visit/try, and organised our car rental and airport transfer. This made our trip very stress-free and we always felt looked after while staying at Avra😊 Could not recommend the place and Katia enough!

My boyfriend and I had a great time: from the start, we were greeted with so much warmth and sweetness by Marketousa, who was always available to help us and respond to our needs. The house was small but perfect for two people: very well equipped, very clean and really very beautiful: both outside and inside. It was a dream to stay with them. One thing that really struck us was one day when, returning home, we found the sheets and towels changed and arranged in the shape of a heart with petals and chocolates.🥹🥹🥹♥️♥️♥️ We really appreciated these small gestures of care... the cleaning was offered at no extra cost and these details are not to be underestimated. You rarely meet hosts like this, thank you 🙏

Mr. Kostas reached out to us in plenty of time, set everything up from our transfers, rental cars, excursions, dinners, sunset cruise, etc. He MADE out trip and helped us experience everything we wanted to do in Santorini and maximized all of our available time. He is simply the best! We are forever grateful! for him! The villas we quiet and relaxing, food, drinks, service was top notch. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Vitali provided superb service, and he did a little of everything around there. On site breakfast was very good. But none would have been possible without Mr. Kostas, we cannot thank him enough.

We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!

Airbnb was exactly as photos. Very authentic Greek type home. Host was extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for our group. Breakfast was included and quite good ! Would not hesitate to return when in Santori

We had such a great stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by tons of amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout.
