The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, kitchens and sofas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 2 more bathrooms in the living rooms. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Villa stands on a hill and is surrounded by greenery.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
