On 3 floors are distributed spacious living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a toilet, a separate workplace is located in the entrance area. The apartment entrance is accessible via two staircases. The furnishings are very high quality and individually designed. The district is car-free, parking in 150 meters free of charge.

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.
