Small guest house

The "Little House" is an outbuilding of our main home. It was built to accommodate our children and grandchildren as the family grows! When it's not in use, we'll be happy to host you for a night or a few days. Periers-sur-le-Dan is a very quiet village, 6 km from the Côte de Nacre, the perfect base from which to visit Sword Beach and the landing beaches. Caen city center is 15 minutes away, the Memorial is 10 minutes by car.

2017 house, 80 m2 located less than 1 km from the sea, 13 min walk. Equipped with 3 bedrooms ( 2 queen beds + 1 single bed), 1 sofa bed. It is located in a quiet and lit area. Terrace with south-facing views of the fields. Small farm with sheep, roosters, geese ect 100m away All amenities 2 min drive. I live 3 minutes by bike, if there is a problem, you can count on me.
