The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Collina: country house, garden and private pool

La Collina is a beautiful large independent house with panoramic views and furnished in typical Tuscan country style. It is set over two floors and has an annexed building with a loggia equipped with barbecue, table and chairs to eat outdoors as well as ping pong and laundry rooms. The main house has: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and a large living room. The large garden and the swimming pool are for your exclusive use. Heating excluded: cost according to consumption WE LOVE DOGS!

Casale Presciano consists of 5 apartments each with private space outside equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board at the guest’s disposal, barbecue. The swimming pool as an irregular shape (14 x 7, seasonal opening).
