Great place!! I really loved the building, its very open and breezy. Also there is a swimming pool and basic gym. Great Tv, two bathrooms. Short walk to D1, restaurants etc. Very safe neighborhood. Staid for a month and would come back if its available next time I visit. Thank you!

Josef was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Despite my current situation—a broken foot from a basketball injury—Josef was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and productive. His place is an absolute gem! The wifi is lightning-fast, which was crucial for me to get my work done efficiently. The space is beautifully maintained and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Being my first time in Pereira, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the city. Exceptional accommodation and exceptional host. The house is 8 minutes walk to the central square of Filandia and the transportation to Salento and Cocora Valley. wonderful room, very clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Excellent for a short or long stay. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Would definitely return many more times. Host is exceptionally helpful and responsive - she goes out of her way to welcome guests and assist them in any way to the extent of providing a goodbye gift on departure. A true Lady.
