Situated between Minervois and Corbieres, the new apartment within our spacious XVIII century authentic maison de maitre enjoys a large garden and saltwater (pool shared with owners). A large bedroom with bathroom, wood floors, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, linen and towels (including pool towels ) . Private car parking, BBQ and patio. You will find in the village, bakery, mini supermarket, bar/restaurant, chemist, nurses, hairdressers, post office, cinema and Daily farmers markets in the surroundings. Horseriding, tennis, sailing, cycle rides and walks along the canal, through the vines and local wines tastings (Minervois, La Livinière). This medieval village in the Languedoc, close by the Canal du Midi, the Lac de Jouarres, the Dolmen, Minerve, Narbonne and beaches, Carcassonne and Cathare castles to visit. Relaxation and meditation guaranteed. Owners since 2001, Annie la Marseillaise &Jonathan le British enjoy welcoming and speak French, English, Italian and basic Spanish.

Le Gîte Cathare

Cottage for two people at the gates of Les Corbières, located between the sea and Cathar castles. Private, air-conditioned accommodation, with no neighbours opposite, in the middle of the vineyards, for a couple's stay in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Upstairs, there is a single open-plan room with a 200 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in shower and a spa bath. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge area, a separate toilet and a terrace for your outdoor meals. The place doesn't have wifi.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 10 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms/ livingroom. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

The appartement Theron is a peaceful nest of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.

Located 5 min walk to the center of Azille, where there is a bakery, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, pizzeria, grocery store and market every Friday morning. Linens and towels provided. I do not take an additional fee for cleaning so please leave the apartment in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
