Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is approximately 57 square metres in size and very comfortable for two people, but the couch in the living room can also be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two additional people.
