Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pensacola Bay

Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back. Very clean and peaceful! The bed is SO cozy and comfortable. The little extras she adds makes such a huge difference. Like, a gallon of water, coffee is provided, bag of ice in the freezer and thank goodness she provided sugar bc I forgot mine! Lol oh and there is a cat, she was such a sweetheart! Thank you Anabelle! We had a great time!

Tim and Marie were absolutely amazing hosts! Coopers Cottage is situated in a quiet, quaint area near historic Pensacola. Amenities, Amenities, you name it, they have it- tissues, beach towels, games, water, snacks, soda, coffee, creamer, sugar, beautiful landscape front and back!! Well kept cottage. We loved our time here! The walk-in shower 🚿 was delightful and relaxing! The outdoor lights and seating area was comforting. Instructions for the house were conveniently located in a binder along with a chalk board welcoming sign for us!!! If I could give Tim and Marie 10 stars, I would. Cooper's Cottage is fully equipped and definitely our first choice to stay in Pensacola again. Thank you greatly Tim and Marie!

Cutest little spot - we thought the amenities were such a nice little touch and seems as if she thought of everything a guest could need! Great location / safe - we walked with our 6 month old to downtown shops & farmers market!

This cottage is perfect. Centrally located and you can be just about anywhere in Pensacola in 15 minutes including the beach. Great restaurants very near by. This was our 2nd stay and I'm sure there will be a 3rd as we come back every year for a USN reunion. Host and amenities are great!

Let me start by saying, we are not huge fans of over-developed beachside Florida. We both grew up going every year back when it was a best-kept secret. However, our stay in Gulf Breeze changed our "old folk" attitudes completely. The community had it all within 15 minutes. This sweet property with its great fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our miniature schnauzers. They especially loved the early morning sprinklers😂 and outdoor living. We enjoyed being so close to beautiful, pristine beaches. We can't wait to get back!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! Very nice rental central to downtown Pensacola and the historic district. Easy access to the beaches and in-town attractions such as the Naval Air Station. Very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an adjacent bath, all are very modern. I have relatives in area and would highly consider renting this property again because of its location and value.

The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Great apartment, very clean and well stocked with everything you need if you prefer to prepare meals yourself. We will definitely come again. Thanks Vickie & David

We had such a great time on our girls trip to Pensacola! The home was peaceful, beautifully kept, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We all slept so well. Everything was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Great place to stay

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

We love this place and the hosts!! We highly recommend it, and tell everyone about it! We will definitely return for our next beach vacation!

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

I brought my granddaughter and her best friend for a week to celebrate their birthdays and 8th grade graduation. The condo is the perfect size, has all the amenities you need, the A/C works GREAT! The view from the balcony is beautiful! Beds are comfy, place is clean. Rooms are a great size with plenty space. Washer and dryer are so convenient. You get 2 parking spots so my son and his family joined us on the beach and at the pool one afternoon (they were vacationing with his in-laws at a condo they own down the road). We went to The HangOut, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, Sunliners, Dick’s Last Resort, everything is very close even to drive. The girls took beautiful pics in dresses one evening on the beach. Its gorgeous morning, noon and night! They loved the pool and swimming from inside to outside. We slept soundly, there was no loud noise to worry about. We felt safe. It has lots of choices to watch tv. We watched a late movie a couple nights on Netflix and Hulu. Will stay here again!

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

Stayed here with my fiancé and my two kids (3) and (6) for a weekend beach trip. The location was beautiful and private, however we were staying on the second flight of stairs and the neighbors downstairs under our unit came up to tell us they can hear all of the walking from our unit so it made the trip feel stressful like my kids couldn’t walk around comfortably. Other than that everything was excellent! Beautiful beach views!
