Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pensacola Bay

Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The place was super clean and nicely renovated. We would love to stay there again next year.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was beautiful, from the view to how spacious it was and how extremely clean the entire place was. Check in was easy, great communication. Loved daily morning walks on the beach. Enjoyed coffee every morning watching the sunrise and hearing the waves. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Locals were very friendly. Highly recommend this condo. The beach wasn’t crowded and the area had everything we needed. Kitchen had all cooking items you could want. Beds were comfortable along with couch and dining chairs. We would definitely return!

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

This is my second time staying at the Colony Club and both times have been top tier. My family and I were in town for the state track meet and I always look to this location first! It is close to the sportsplex but very quiet and private. Joseph’s place was as described. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! We ate at a local restaurant called Bleu’s Burgers…highly recommend! Food is worth the money and staff is awesome. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. 10/10!

We just had our best beach trip ever. The condo was exactly as described. It was decorated beautifully and felt just like home! We loved the layout and the Master Bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean with a ceiling to floor corner window that I fell in love with. The balcony had the same beautiful view. My daughter loved the decor in the 2nd bedroom along with the light up vanity that was perfect for an 18 year old to get ready with. The bathrooms were very clean and had amazing hot water in seconds. The kitchen had everything you would need along with a washer and dryer. Jack was a great host, sent us the information we needed to Check in before we asked for it! He was very responsive and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we knew we could call him or message him anytime we needed. The location to the beach was amazing! Just down the elevators thru the lobby and pool and you are at the gate entrance to the beach! We will definitely be back!!!!

This place is amazing! It is located close to everything! The beach, shopping, Lambert’s, other restaurants, grocery stores, outlet shopping…it wasn’t far at all. It was nice and clean. Mark made my family feel so welcome and kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. He offered great recommendations for the kiddo and eating out. His place has all the amenities one would need when on vacation and more. He has games, television channels, cleaning supplies, and more. I would love to come back to this place-it made the stay even more pleasant than expected. Mark is a gem of a host!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo! The unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation, including beach towels, extra chairs, and even a chair and umbrella service, which was such a nice bonus. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Jami was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. This is truly a fantastic place to stay, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This place was right on the beach and it was an incredible view! Extremely convenient location to restaurants and entertainment! At one point we had a issue with getting into the condo and the host was very responsive and solved our problem immediately! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

My family and I had an excellent stay! Check-in/out was very easy with clear instructions provided. The condo was clean and felt cozy, just like you are at home. It’s well equipped with everything you need and located in a great little community with the nicest neighbors. Several stores/restaurants are close by, which is a plus. I highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Great communication from the host. The unit was I great proximity to stores, restaurants,beaches and the zoo. You will need a car to get around.

My family enjoyed a much needed Spring Break at the pool and a beach day. It was a beautiful place to stay and the condo had everything we needed so you really don't have to bring a lot with you. It was a nice location right by stores and restaurants, we even enjoyed the Grill at the Tiki bar which had some decent entertainment and good food. Overal it was a great week and would definitely like to continue bringing my family here for years to come especially since the owners are so nice and communicative.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 6th-floor seaside Airbnb! The space was spotless and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel especially homey. The view was absolutely stunning—we loved waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning, sipping coffee on the porch, and watching pelicans fly by. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They were always available when we had a question and offered fantastic local recommendations that helped us experience the area like insiders. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We chose this house for our family vacation , with our new grandbaby!! It was perfect and comfortable for 7 plus baby! The shuttle was perfect for hauling the beach stuff! The beach club was convenient and had good food ! Enjoyed the whole experience!

The house was perfect size for a larger group of adults who came to help clear my father in laws house. The garage was great for staging furniture and other items that were being removed from his house. Their was plenty of space in the house that we weren't on top of each other and the back yard was great to sit and relax after working all day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and great for entertaining large groups, the neighborhood is quiet and very scenic, and all the amenities were readily available. Plus, a bathroom for every bedroom - no taking turns or waiting to get ready!

We arrived in the late evening. The place was well lit, enabling us to find everything and get settled in. Great location, near shopping, hospitals and a short drive to the beach. The Wi-Fi was adequate to support remote work. We really enjoyed the attached screen room. The neighbors are friendly, too. The Pensacola airport is quiet and only a 10-minute drive away. The host is friendly and was always available if needed. Thanks to Pam for a great month-long stay.

Great place to stay at especially if you have kids! Family friendly, private home in a secluded neighborhood. Tiki bar by the pool hosted live music every night which was really nice and on our last night they were having a neighborhood cookout with live music as well. Indoor pool was my personal favorite, clean and warm. Beach was only 6 minutes away which was not bad at all, waves were a little strong that day so wished we could have stayed longer with more time but will be back! Marisa is an awesome host, answered all my questions very quickly.

My wife and I and our two dogs spent a month here for a break from our WV winter. It was a great choice for us. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs who just settled in like they owned the place. The house is very clean and the layout was perfect for us. We really like the neighborhood, which is super walkable, which was important for us. We walked nearly everyday on the "Holley By The Sea" grid three miles or more. I fish a lot, and it was only a couple of miles to the causeway over to Navarre Beach and the Navarre Pier. All in all, really good location for us with The Grey Taproom and Johnny Huston's Bar and Grill are right on our entrance to Rt. 98. We felt this rental was a good value and will absolutely encourage others to rent this place.
