Situated in the North Lakes, Church View is a grade II listed building with it's own private entrance. Ground floor hall, utility and stairs to the first floor with shower room and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. The open plan living area is cosy with sofa and futon, Radio,TV with Netflix, YouTube etc and WiFi. One bedroom with double bed. Situated in the attractive quiet pedestrian area of St Andrews with cafes, deli's and restaurants close by.

Situated in a quiet courtyard, beside a handy Italian restaurant (noise isn't an issue due to the position of the building) and only 5 miles from lake Ullswater.A comfortable, spacious living space, with two king size bedrooms and one comfy double. First floor bathroom with over bath shower, The top floor bedroom has en-suite shower room. As the house is reached via stairway it is sadly unsuitable for less able travellers.
