A very positive experience, nice, clean space, good beds and great bathroom/shower and that's all we want on a beach Arbnb. City Council has met my family's expectations well. We recommend it!

I went on Carnival holiday The apartment is very beautiful, has everything you need for a comfortable stay we don't miss anything. It has all the utensils you may need. Air conditioning cooling very well helped a lot because it was very hot. Lava and drought was great for us. Chuveiro good in the 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable double bed. Rooms with Mantas, Towels and Hair Dryer. The beach is beautiful and the corner building makes a great shade to enjoy the evening without sunny guard, the beach at night is very busy with several places to eat to enjoy a lot. A Pâmela quickly responded to messages and always very kind We were in 2 couples with kids and we all love the place We were in 2 cars has 1 parking space but the other car we can leave parked almost in front of the building, being able to see through the window and the street is very quiet. The view from the AP room is beautiful. The AP was very quiet.

We had a great experience at this apartment! The property is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is a real club, with an incredible structure for leisure and rest. In addition, the location is excellent, making it easy to access everything we need during the stay. My family and I were very happy and in love with the apartment, as it gave us a lot of comfort and we felt right at home. Nobody bothers you, there is no noise and the place is beautiful to enjoy your stay and with an excellent ocean view.

**Amazing experience!** The apartment, as shown in the photos, offers a fantastic view of the beach, which can be seen mainly from the barbecue, but from the bedroom and living room it is also possible to enjoy the view, it exceeded expectations! Very well equipped, organised and extremely comfortable accommodation. It is in a privileged area, with easy access to the beach and just a 15-minute walk to Beto Carrero World. First time we've been to this beach and the experience was very good!Super clean and organized apartment and the location is excellent! Several restaurants downstairs from the building! We didn't even need to bring an umbrella and chairs because the restaurants' structure provided everything! We will definitely be coming back! ☺️

The apartment is close to Beto Carrero and close to the beaches of Camboriú (30min). 10 min from the airport. It was all perfect. Calm and good to walk.

The house is sensational. It has a wonderful astral. The view to the sea is indescribable of so magical. Host Denise is very dear and solicitous. We love her. We'll definitely go back ☺️🌺💕

The house is the same as the photos presented. Large, very comfy and accessible. We stayed in 13 people, it was very nice the weekend. Large rooms, several available bathrooms and a barbecue pool that were the stars of the weekend. We had a situation with a heater pipe that burst, but immediately Adriana came to sort it out and it didn't get in the way of the weekend. Easy access to locate the house, close to the market and to the beach. Adriana was also very accessible at the time of check in and check out.

The house is very beautiful, well cared for and clean. I went with my family and we enjoyed a lot! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the street is super quiet. Check in was easy and quick, and the outside area gives an extra charm in place. Jean was very attentive and took all the questions. We recommend it!

It was a great weekend to have fun with the family and rest.

The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

Incredible Experience! We only passed one fds, but it was well worth it. The house is old, but a delight, standing in the sand, in a very tasty land (carry repellent, because it has a lot of mosquitoes due to vegetation). Good beds, the very nice shower. The view is surreal of beautiful, impossible to get used to. We went with two small children and they enjoyed a lot, including the beach, which despite having a lot of algae, was very clean. Good communication with Creon, co-anfitriao, very friendly and helpful. We like it very much and we feel like returning.

Raquel is a very requested host. The apartment is beautiful , very well equipped and has a beautiful view to the beach and very well located tbm. The condominium premises are amazing, all beautiful ,clean and organized. Sure when I get back to Penha , I'll stay here again.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.

Great location, apartment according to photos The only problem we had was with the shower in the suite, which burst and we were waiting for the person to fix it and they didn't show up and there were 7 of us and only 1 shower working, which made us very upset. On the last day, everything was clarified by the hosts. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, the apartment was super fragrant, clean. Bed and bath linens were also well cleaned. I'm sure when I get back, I'll stay in this apartment.

My experience in the apartment was wonderful! Since the time of arrival, I have been greeted with great cordiality. The property's location is excellent, in addition to having options of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made our stay much easier. The kitchen was well equipped, which made our days even easier, and the atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for rest. The balcony, overlooking the sea, was a standout apart, providing incredible moments. Levi's service was excellent, always attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and needs.

The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, it has bed and bath linens, the TVs are good, it has air conditioning (but we don't even use it), the kitchen is well equipped , lava and dry in the laundry room. All functioning well the apt is spacious. The condominium is great and well located, the apartment block is the first and then closest to the beach, the pools are beautiful and we intend to return soon! Mr Lourenço and his very friendly and welcoming wife.

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

Wesley's apartment and his attendance and his team were simply sensational! At check-in, Sônia came to welcome us with promptness, lots of sympathy and very clear information. The apartment is perfect just like the ad, was with impeccable cleaning (including inside furniture), cozy, complete, with a view of the sea and magnificent surroundings! Great and easy to use barbecue with a very nice setting, wonderful showers, all working perfectly. Wesley and his always kind team, ready to respond and guide. Wesley, due to a problem with the apartment I looted, suggested to me options of apartments in the same or even better standard of the previous one, allowed flexible check-in due to the incident. The condominium employees are always respectful and diligent, all areas of the condominium great to enjoy in family, cinema, game room, toy library, gym, sauna, all always very clean and easy to book. Simply PERFECT stay!
