Super cozy loft! Its location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the city, there are several restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. And also the advantage of being in the first block, very close to the sea. We loved staying, and Fernando was super helpful.

The residence is impeccable, a great location for those who want to go to Beto Carrero on foot, peacefully! Ana always asks with questions, made indications of various places for food, sent a video with the best route to the park and the beach (I thought it was wonderful)! The smelling beds, flawless house, extra blankets, all items in perfect condition and far beyond description, I recommend without fear! The stay was wonderful!

Great house, very well located, close to good beaches, pharmacies and markets. Franciny and family always educated, understanding and welcoming, helped us a lot in grating my parent's little dog, very grateful for this. I hope to return again.

The space is spacious and airy. I suggest changing the floor to something warmer. The Cariocas suffer from icy floors! In Mais, everything beyond great!

But the best are the hosts, Roseli and Nádia, they are a couple of loves, unfolded to help us in what it took. I went to town with my old mother, they arranged for grab bars in the bathroom. Super recommend 100%. Whenever possible we will return... The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

The house is very well located, close to Beto Carrero (back walking), the beach, market and shops, and also, organized and clean. Seu Gilberto was a sweetheart, demonstrated proactivity and was a 10 note in indicating nearby places and beaches for us to visit. I recommend the house to everyone, it is a great option for those who go with family or friends, as the house is large and has convenience and privacy to everyone, not to mention that the neighborhood is calm.
