Great communication, very professional. It's an expensive area, so I can't say much about "value" since it's not a cheap stay relative to a hotel. But you get your own space near the beach, so it suits us. They did move us to this apartment, and we prefer the other one a bit more (although nearly identical in amenities). Had a lot of trouble with the TVs, which I hope they get squared away.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Love the location of this condo with access to beach! It was beautiful, spacious and accommodating for my friends. The host was highly responsive and communicated well! I would def stay here again.

El departamento es totalmente nuevo, estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, las camas y las sabanas estaban muy limpias y cómodas. La ubicación es excelente. Tienes la playa a literalmente diez minutos caminando y esta a dos cuadras de un centro gastronómico muy bueno. Tiene una vista hermosa al canal y el vecindario es muy lindo y tranquilo. Fue una muy buena decision elegir este Airbnb, precio calidad inmejorable. Volveremos pronto!

Great place on the water, very quiet finger off New River. Walkable to all of Las Olas. Would stay again for sure.

Nigdy nie byliśmy bardziej zadowoleni z pobytu w airbnb. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Scott jest świetnym gospodarzem. Komunikacja przebiega bardzo sprawnie, uzyskaliśmy wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów, aby udać się na przejażdżkę. Notre séjour dans cet appartement-petite maison a été un enchantement. Nous adorons Miami et y revenons tous les ans. Nous connaissons maintenant une adresse sympa à South Beach. Il s’agit d’un appartement en rez de chaussée, avec une porte d’entrée sécurisée par un code. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses, la cuisine très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains. Les équipements sont pratiques et la smart tv superbe! Une place de parking est attitrée à l’appartement, ce qui est un gros plus. On peut tout à fait se déplacer à pieds vers la plage (25 min) les magasins d’alimentation (15 min) et Lincoln road (15 min) pour les boutiques et restaurants. Un Uber peut vous emmener là en moins de 5 min pour les personnes qui ne souhaitent pas marcher. L’endroit est très calme et serein. La climatisation fonctionne bien et est réglable manuellement. Une chose que nous adorions: commander un délicieux et sain petit-déjeuner à Pura Vida via Uber eats. Mer

We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed our stay. The host was super helpful and accommodating when we had to change our plans last min to include our pets. This place was also unbeatable for the price we paid. It was only a short drive from all the activities we wanted to do and had all the extra features such as cameras and a gated entry for our vehicles. Would deff recommend to anyone wanting to come and enjoy Miami without the crazy cost or fighting all the traffic downtown.

We loved staying at this air bnb, very convenient! The only thing we wished it had two bathrooms, but other than that we had a wonder stay!

Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

Todo excelente, limpieza, comunicación y la zona es perfecta. El único detalle es que la alberca es muy cerca al balcón y si quieres tener la cortina abierta, no tendrás mucha privacidad.

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

5 stars – Wonderful Stay in South Beach! Our stay at Leslie’s South Beach Apartments was absolutely fantastic! This spacious 2-bedroom gem in the heart of South Beach, Miami, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was sparkling clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the vibrant South Beach scene, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Leslie was an incredible host, super communicative, and made our late-night check-in around 2:30 AM seamless with clear instructions. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped. This place made our trip unforgettable, and we’d love to return. Highly recommend Leslie’s place to anyone visiting South Beach!

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

I loved this place. Quiet, clean, peaceful, pretty pool and everything you’d need in terms of kitchen basics, etc. Stephen was proactive in checking that i had everything i needed during my stay. Would definitely recommend.
