Holiday rentals with beach access in Pembroke Pines

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Bojana was a wonderful host ! Place was clean, comfy, and close to a lot of good places.

The hosts were more than hospitable. They were very warm and friendly. They were very happy and cheerful people who were such a charm to interact and communicate with that I almost did not want to leave and go home. The place was spotless and the pictures did no justice as to how comfortable and inviting our experience turned out to be. Next time I go to Florida I will do everything I can in order to return back to their place that is how much we loved it! Thank you guys for making everything worth while during our stay, hopefully we get to stay again sometime soon? We just loved it so much as it was the perfect little hideaway!

This was the perfect location! We just wanted to relax for a week and be close to the beach. We were able to wake up every morning, pack the beach wagon that was provided along with beach chairs & a beach tent, and walk 5 minutes to the beach. It was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. I loved the kitchen utensils and appliances. There were very minor things that needed to be taken care of, but I would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute trip and things worked out very well for this space Carlos provided. He was thoughtful and swift in his responses and worked well to make this a good memorable time for me and my family.

we only stayed one night at sylvian’s amazing apartment, but if we were in miami longer, we would’ve happily stayed! the amenities of the hotel were beautiful — great gym, pool, and morning breakfast ($19 per person for breakfast). location was great, walkable to sailing docks and also to many restaurants. bathroom was stocked with all the supplies needed and bed was so comfy. sylvian was also very quick and responsive with questions. thank you, sylvian!

Our recent stay was nothing short of delightful. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is truly tranquil, and having what feels like a private beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. As those who prioritize cleanliness, we appreciated how well-kept and spotless the property was. It’s clear that the hosts take great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, I did notice the presence of security cameras around the exterior of the property including the back patio. While I understand the need for security, it did take away from our sense of privacy, which is something we value during our vacations with our family. It may not be a concern for everyone, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, despite this minor aspect, the property is amazing, and we would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful getaway in a serene location.

The place was super clean and exactly as pictured! The living room mirrors were such a vibe—perfect for relaxing or taking cute photos. The power briefly went out due to the weather, but the host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We stayed at Monica’s place while we were attending medical appointments for our young son in Miami and it was such a wonderful peaceful home-away-from-home to come back to after a long day. It was very clean, super-comfortable and everything had been thought of. I like to cook for my family and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need - something I find quite rare in Airbnbs. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and strong and there were plenty of little sitting nooks inside and out which I always really appreciate. The coffee bar was a great touch. The pool area was lovely and the trees and plants really gave an inside/outside feel which I loved. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and very safe - we enjoyed early morning walks to Holiday Park which is just a few blocks, very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Monica!

had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and patient; he responded to every question in 10 minutes or less, which made everything so much easier. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the highlights! The exterior of the property looked beautiful and well-maintained. Inside, the house was clean and comfortable; the beds and sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was in great condition. Overall, the house was very nice and I truly enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! A must-book. We truly enjoyed the stunning views. The unit was clean and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend this property! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back :)

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.
