Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

The unique thing about this house is that it is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village Orta San Giulio, full of terraces and restaurants. Casa Gialla is next to the entrance of Sacro Monte (UNESCO heritage). A ten-minute walk and you are in the cleanest lake in the area, Lago di Orta, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, everything is possible!

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione turistica. Abito a 10 minuti di distanza e sono felice di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.
