The cottage has wifi, a 43' TV and the radio has a bluetooth connection. The bathroom furniture has been renewed. The cottage has a good sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet. Villa Aihki is a cozy cottage in the quiet Orresokka area. Equipped with fiber broadband (100M), so the internet connection is also well suited for telecommuting. Illuminated ski slope and fitness trail 100 m, spa, restaurants, etc. Luosto services 2.2 – 2.5 km. Amethyst mine 7 km. Kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds (access to this bedroom via the porch), loft with 1 bed (width 120 cm), sauna, shower room/toilet, plus a separate toilet and a covered terrace.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Studio apartment for short-term accommodation. Best suited for 1-2 people but there are beds to 3. Private entrance and the car can be parked right outside the front door. Socket for car engine heater (not for EV-car batteries). Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation. Bed linen is for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Extra towels 5 eur/person. Best suited for those looking for good nights sleeping. Discount for multiple nights.

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
