Villa Aihki is a cozy cottage in the quiet Orresokka area. Equipped with fiber broadband (100M), so the internet connection is also well suited for telecommuting. Käytössä hirsirantasauna puukiukaalla ja uudistetulla terassilla, jossa myös avotulimahdollisuus grillausta varten. Saunan edessä uusi laituri, josta pääsee jokeen virkistäytymään. Mahdollisuus myös erilaisten kajakkien, kanoottien ja SUP- lautojen vuokraukseen. Järjestämme myös ohjattuja melontoja sekä ohjausta melonnan alkeisiin.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Charming cottage with all comforts on a large plot. The centre of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km away. Santa's workshop or the airport is also about 25km away. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, we can arrange transportation with a Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
