A winter-inhabitable cottage built completely new in a traditional log cabin frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed while watching the fireplace. The small kitchen is well equipped. The wonderful sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, approx. 145 km from Rovaniemi airport. In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, even in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organizes excursions.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the old and idyllic school in its spacious upstairs apartment (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/toilet/shower, 2 hallways). The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. A cozy, high-quality, renovated and stylishly decorated cabin is located in Suomutunturi, on the Arctic Circle, by the pond. The villa has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 sleeping alcoves (120 cm beds + upper bed 80 cm), the loft also has beds for two people. The kitchen and spacious dining room at the other end of the cottage in their own peace, which also leads directly to the other terrace. The dining table can accommodate 10 people at the same time to enjoy the food. The sauna and bathroom are spacious.

Cottage under the northern lights

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can go skiing, snowshoeing and fishing. In addition, we organise snowmobile trips according to your wishes. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing trip on Lake Niesi 40€ per person, 1-2 hours. Ice fishing trip by snowmobile 90€ per person. Snowmobile safari 90€ per person 2h. You can book by message.

Villa Uuttu is located in its own peace in the Soutajan area, very close to Pyhätunturi. The cottage is well suited for a large family, two families, or even a friend/work group. The cottage has a 100M fiber optic connection, Wi-Fi and a workstation, so remote working is also great. The cottage is located in the vicinity of skiing, hiking and cycling routes and Lake Pyhäjärvi. The cottage has four bedrooms with beds for eight. The second bedroom downstairs is accessed through the second bedroom.
