Soutajatunturille omalta pihalta patikoiden tai vaikka skinnaten takamaastoja tutkimaan. Kohde sijaitsee lähellä pyhäjärveä n.100m rannasta mutta kohteella ei ole omaa rantaa. Yleinen uimaranta astelissa autolla 5min matkan päässä. Majoitukseen sisältyy loppusiivous. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet lisämaksusta 25€/setti. Ei lemmikkejä.

Mökissä on 100M valokuituyhteys, wlan ja työpiste, joten etätyöskentelykin onnistuu loistavasti. Mökki sijaitsee aivan hiihto-, vaellus- ja pyöräilyreittien ja Pyhäjärven läheisyydessä. Mökissä on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa sängyt kahdeksalle. Alakerran toiseen makuuhuoneeseen kuljetaan toisen makuuhuoneen kautta.
