Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Kaunis ympäristö tarjoaa upeat ulkoilumahdollisuudet - hiihtolatu vaaroille lähtee pihasta, viereinen järvi mahdollistaa pilkkimisen, kesällä voit retkeillä ja marjastaa lähivaaroilla, soutuvene odottaa koulun rannassa.
