Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! By the way, it is the perfect local mountain for ski tours for experienced as well as beginners. Hochwang is also a hotspot for snowkiting. In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. Haus Gaut Langwies by Arosa Holiday

Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km and 98m in altitude. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
