Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

It invites you to relax and unwind in an absolutely quiet location. Our log cabin is also an excellent starting point for hikes around the Schöckl and other leisure activities. Relax in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. Graz can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
