House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome!
