We stayed for 7 nights. Apostolos was a very kind and helpful host. The house was at the center; just 1-2 minutes to all restaurants and shops and 3-4 minutes to the beach. Everything was very clean. We felt like at home. Thank you for your hospitality Apostolos. Hope to see you again.

Great place, super peaceful in the nature and with a great view. Christos is a very nice host and always available when you have questions or need anything. Check in and check out were super uncomplicated - on our check out day we could even stay a bit longer. We only stayed for two nights, but definitely wished we could stay longer!

We had a great stay at Ioannis's place! The house is very well equipped — everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. We especially enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace, BBQs in the backyard, sunbathing in the garden, and relaxing in the hammock. The place was clean, easy to access, and had excellent hot water pressure in the bathroom. There's a good supermarket nearby, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

It is a great place, clean and new. George is proactive and super responsive. Nearby are some of the best restaurants in the area, also very close to the beach, and everything what one might need is right around the corner. The place is right in the center of Pefkochori and of course you cannot expect a super quiet environment, but overall I would recommend for everyone who wants to be right in the middle of the summer life.

I highly recommend this place for your vacation - it is close to everything you need and you will definitely have a great time! Five stars.

Nice, easy, clean, 5 minutes from the beach!

We felt very comfortable in Nikitas' apartment. Nikitas personally welcomed us very kindly and showed us the apartment. We have rarely seen such a clean apartment. The apartment had everything you need in terms of amenities. The highlight, however, is definitely the first-class location, less than 60 seconds from the sea. On the terrace, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is complemented by the lovingly designed and well-kept garden. Ideal for the little ones :-) We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay in this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. The various terrace areas in particular invited you to eat together, relax and enjoy the time. The garden was a real paradise for the children. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate at all times – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but due to the sloping ceilings for taller people - especially in the bathroom - a bit cramped, but that did not bother us. The covered barbecue area with a large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki – fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkelling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we'd love to come back!

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

We spent 10 days in the house and the experience exceeded our expectations, you will undoubtedly feel at home in this house. The whole complex is pleasant and quiet, and in the middle of August you can get away from crowds, noise and parking problems here. In the house you will find equipment that you even didn't know you needed. Charliaos' mother will see you off and welcome you warmly, and in between you will have complete privacy. Highly recommended
