Beachfront holiday rental in Pefkochori

Achilleas is a great host, always smiling, welcomed us well and all the time he was at our disposal. The apartment was clean, has a wide terrace with sea views, the beds were very comfortable and had all kinds of amenities. The location is also very good- close to the beach and to the center. Mostimportantly, our pet was welcome and felt very good. We would come back again.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

Stayed at Eleftherios with family and it was perfect! Peacful and calm small town that had everything we needed and a lot of beauriful places were nearby. We were extremely happy with the apartment and with the host - Eleftherios was very helpful and made sure we feel at home while visiting Greece and Chalkidiki. We would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return someday!

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We booked Irini's house in the absolute low season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool is perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the cats of the neighbors. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster and the goat herder runs past the garden. But you definitely need a car, just to visit the many beaches alone. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to go to the Mpogiata restaurant here! On the beach of Pefkohori between pier and water sports Pefkohori there was also a few bars open. The Whitebeach with us in the village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season we would come back one hundred percent.

We had a very nice holiday as two families with children. The house is very well located. It was clean. We benefited from both the pool and the sea. The items were clean and adequate. It is advantageous to be within walking distance to the center and the sea. We recommend 😊

Vicky’s villa exceeded all expectations and is hands down our favourite Airbnb stay-to-date. The property is in a very well-maintained private estate and surrounded by lush greenery and olive trees. With its elevated location, we were treated to spectacular sea views from sunrise to sunset and there’s plenty of spots all around the villa to enjoy these including the various spacious outdoor terraces and the balconies outside the bedrooms. The swimming pools (both the jacuzzi and the bigger/deeper lap pool) and the ping pong table were a hit with our kids. Most of all, what made this stay extra special was Vicky’s helpfulness in providing us with local tips, as well as her parents who warmly welcomed us throughout our whole stay. As we stayed towards the end of the season (Oct), we were also lucky to see how the olives were harvested on our last day. All in all a wonderful stay and a great base to explore Sithonia by car.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it's very close to the center, but on the other hand, it's very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. We spent 10 days in Georgios house in off season. It was the perfect stay for us, truly everything we looked for. It was private, quiet and has a marvelous sea and sunset view. Everything in the house is new, clean and modern and we didn’t miss a single thing. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks at the beach as it’s easily reachable by foot. Georgios and his mom are very lovely people and the communication was fast and kind. Absolutely recommended.

Efi's villa and location are amazing. It truly is paradise. Having an almost private beach a short walk away is incredible. The villa is lovely, with so many outdoor spaces to find, or shelter from, the sunshine, and relax in. It is so peaceful and private. Efi really helped us during our stay which we greatly appreciated. There are some lovely villages nearby with great tavernas, and always, the blue sky and the blue sea.

It was a comfortable stay. As in the photos, the apartment is very close to the center and can be reached in max 5 minutes on foot. There are also several beaches within walking distance. Circular items are new. Cleaning was very good. The living room is very small, but the magnificent terrace provides a sufficient seating area with a magnificent view for the summer months. There is even a laundry rack and a latch. The check-in instructions were very descriptive and we checked in easily. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. You can swim in the sea from various parts of the city. Parking problems are almost non-existent in general. The sea is magnificent. We highly recommend Neos Marmaras and the apartment. This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.
